At GOcase we take satisfaction seriously. If you are not 100% satisfied with your GOcase within 30-days of purchase, send it back to us for a full refund or exchange—no questions asked. Just make sure to follow the instructions below. No returns or exchanges will be issued without a valid RMA #.

 

Returns and Exchange Process
To request an exchange or return for credit of an item, please submit an RMA request to contact@gocase.com.

 

  • All returns must be post-marked with an authorized RMA# within 30 days from original purchase date.
  • Returns for credit must be accompanied by a valid order confirmation number from GOcase.com.
  • In order to receive a refund, all products must include all original materials and be in new condition.
  • All returns will be charged a $4.95 re-stocking fee, as well as return shipping costs.
